Report to provide the information from Account Details form

Im looking for a report which matches the account details function off of the Collections menu.  For example, enter a customer as a parameter to run a report of the invoice activity.  Also, to be able to view the details of those invoices such as:

1. how much is applied

2. how much was the receipt which was applied to the invoice
