Vacation Rules setup for Journal Approvals

 Hi Folks,
How we can setup Vacation rules for Unapproved journals.

Ex:- Emp1 will prepare and sent for approval AP1, AP2 will have same limits. so AP1 is not available system need to root the JV to AP2 based on vacation rule. please suggest me how we can achieve this.
