Problem with invalid characters in Document File Name administration of ODC, commit settings

edited Jan 13, 2012 1:55AM in Oracle WebCenter Content (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered
I found recently that I can adminitrate the document file name in the Oracle Document Capture, commit Settings, Options.

I tried to use it. I set the document file name with some fields and check the radio button to remove invalid characters if the file name consists them.

As we use it in french, it's common to have some invalid characters like éàè....

But unfortunaltely the "remove invalid characters" doesn't work and the commit is not done and an error is raised :

***Error*** Failed to process batch 00938101_00938142. Error Number: 40008, Error: Failed to commit batch (with delete). Commit Profile - GEDVD01: The following error was reported by ReleaseDocument. Error Number: 20004 Error Description: Content item 'GEDVDt-005238' was not successfully checked in. '?' Invalid Character. What can I do to use this intresting option ?Thanks in advance for any help.

Howdy, Stranger!
