Configuring NTP client in Cluster Nodes

Currently our nodes in 2 node HA cluster are using local clock. We would like to sync these cluster node clocks with NTP server (it is a linux Server).
i think it is required to edit the /etc/inet/ntp.conf.cluster and restart the ntp service. but what are all the procedures to be followed to achieve the same in the cluster nodes?
