Order Management to Service Contracts Issue

HI,

I am trying to create a service Contract from Order Management. It's not creating the service contract. I have run the

• Service Contracts Order Processing Program
• Workflow Background Process

It seems to have run successfully. The program did not error out. The log is as follows.

Any help is appreciated.
