Announcing the availability of new Combined Software Updates (ESUs and ASUs) / Product Packaging / Change Assistant / Configuration Assistant / OBA Information Center.  The documents in those areas was fully reviewed, consolidated and updated, and this Information Center is a  starting point for all information regarding the use, implementation and troubleshooting of Software Updates (ESUs and ASUs), Product Packaging, Change Assistant Tool, Configuration Assistant Tool, and Oracle Business Accelerators (OBAs, previously known as Rapid Start). This combined information center contains multiple tabs with information on available resources as well as the Use and Troubleshooting of those Install / Change Management areas.  
Customers can now be referred to this information center and it will assist them on information and troubleshooting issues in these areas:
