Performance problems in Oracle Server

Hi,

One of our production server is very slow, we are using Oracle 11G Rel 2.2 operating system is Windows Server X86 64 Bit RAM- 24GB

If i restart my server once in a week it will work fine. If i don't restart then the performance will be come down.SGA is 6G and PGA is 1 G. Any one suggest me what could be the problem for this.
