How to hold the mfg cost in balancesheet account till the title transfer has not happened for the Pr

How to hold the mfg cost in balancesheet account till the title transfer has not happened for the Project sales order. After the shipment of goods of Project the cost should get transfer from Balance sheet to income statement account.

Has anybody gone through this kind of requirement ? How to configure it in the system ?
