External Auditors requesting for ALL system object changes outside of OMW. Is that even possible? (U

Within OMW, I've provided using Object Logging all changes made from last year. The auditors are still requesting for ALL changes outside of OMW that have been made.  I don't think this is possible, but wanted to check with others.
