Not able to check the Expense report status in Workflow

Hi All,

Expense Report got timed out and now i want to check the status in workflow as of but when i went in to the responsibility workflow Administrator web(New) system is not dispalying the expense reports

Is there any setup to be required to view the expesne report status in syadmin
