Same Modifier got applied twice in one Order

Dear All,

Please help with the below query.

User copied an order and booked the same. when booked the applicable modifier got applied twice in the same order. Have any one experienced this issue.

is there any debug process available to debug the pricing events that occured. Any help on this will be appreciated. Thanks.
