Expense Reports are not dispalying in workflow responsibility

Hi,

I want to check the Expesne Report status as of in Workflow but when i went in to workflow responsibility it is not dispalying the expenses reports which are created by the users

Is there any setup to be required to get the access and to see the expense report status
