R31802A not taking the Additional Component Issued(Other than BOM component Forzen in P30026)

Hi,When An additional component is added in the parts list of an work order it's not accounted at all.
The variances are calculated with the left out Issue cost of the material which is defined in the BOM and frozen.
The scenario is
Costing Method "07"
Suppose we have a Parent having BOM component. The Cost of the Parent is frozen with Material cost as BOM component(Costing Method "02").
During Shop floor Issues due to unavailability of the BOM Component and additional component(Costing Method "02") line is added for the unavailable Qty and Issued.
Item ledger Entry is created.
But while accounting the R31802A completely Ignores the Additional component Issue.
