Note on Master-Detail Budgets

Hi,
I remember there was a nice whitepaper on Master Detail budget set up. It was a bit old and created for 11i but works for R12 as well. But I can not find it any longer on Metalink. Unfortunately I do not have the note number any longer.
Can someone please help if they have it.
