R12 Legal Entity Changes

Attention R12 GL configuration experts.  Could you confirm these assertions?   I believe they are all true based on recent testing I performed.  Would appreciate some confirmation.

Assertion # 1:  Not, you cannot re-assign an existing Legal Entity to a DIFFERENT Ledger.

Assertion # 2:  Yes, you can assign a Company (balancing segment) value to 2 Legal Entities in a DIFFERENT Ledgers.

Assertion # 3:  No, you cannot assign a Company (balancing segment) value to a second Legal Entity in the SAME ledger, even if the Company (bal segment) assignment to the first Legal Entity has been end-dated with a prior date.
