ORA-06508: PL/SQL: Could Not Find Program Unit Being Called

Dear All,

Unable to create the Bank Branch due to error The following SQL error occurred: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called.

We have upgraded the version from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 successfully and invalid objects are 271, i have uploaded the list for your reference.

please provide me the detail; action plan to resolve this issue
