Oracle form freezes on 11i after login

  Oracle forms is freezing or not opening after login by clicking any one of the responsibilities. This is affecting to many users but not all (40% users) for the last two day and no changes implemented on the application or user machine.

No error is appearing. Just trying to load the forms and it freezes from that.

Pls advise.
