Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. dear oracler I have an problem, my oracle database not storing arabic, one of oracle client storing arabic and retrive arabic and its working fine,

IT helpdesk change his PC i did reintstall the application but it not working fine with arabic.

can any one help me in that !!
