PCM How to manage Change Requests within PCM
I have a new request which needs to pass thru a few phases.
For each phase ,each approval process may need a few approvers.
THe first phase is to approve a CR for a HIgh Level Impact Assessment.
The second phase is for a detailed impact assessment.
For approval of this phase, it needs to be delegated to the correct authority level.
If I use Change Management and the four phases, unless its a Change Order, this is the only item that has a workflow approval process.
All other items such as request for proposal , proposed change order do not have a workflow process.
