Use of application express to generate a report

Hi,

I just have got access to Oracle application expree(apex do it yourself). I have almost zero knowledge of PL SQL.

My requirement is such that there are 6 different users who update a report on a weekly basis in a specified format in  MS excel. I want all the users to upload the excel independently. Every user must be able to generate report for the data which he/she has entered(Every user must have access only to the data which he/she has entered). However there is one person who is central admin and he must have access to the report of all the six users.
