GMF Recreate Batch / Period Layers completed with error

 Hi ,
after we have closed inventory & costing periods we discovered a serious problem and we had to reopen them again with quires was given to us by oracle support earlier  ,

after fixing this error we need to run GMF Recreate Batch / Period Layers to fix all affected items , but the log telling me that all Transactions are already posted ,

how can i post it again with the correct cost ? is it possible ? any workaround ?

any suggestions will be appreciated .
