Account generator customization provokes database error (in some cases)

Customization has been made (fa_custom_gen_ccid) in a way that retirement account are read from a dff on retirement_type. verythin works ok except in case hen we have multiple partial retirements with different accounts - then it fails (calculate gains and loses program fails) with database error.
Any thoughts on this?
