Cost of Goods Sold shows no balance

Hi All,

We have an issue with COGS account. User says that the trial balance does not record any cogs but record revenue against that brand. I ran the account analysis for the COGS account for the whole year, but there is no data.

I just want to know if the COGS account would reflect in Trail Balance or not..
