Quote Line Number

Hi All,

In Siebel UI, Quote Line Items display a hierarchical list with Quote Line Numbers (eg 1, 1.1, 1.1.2 etc.).  Customer has a requirement to generate a report from d/b which shows the same numbering scheme. 

At BC level, this is mapped to field "Outline Number", This is a calculated field, however the calculated value is blank. How is the value calculated?

Is this data stored anywhere in the db so that it can be generated in the reports?
