offset percent for operation level scheduling is not getting collected

Hello community -

we are trying to use operation level scheduling. We have switched the material scheduling method in our plan options from "order start date" to "operation start date", and we have linked a few key components to specific routing operations (like #20).

The routing shows an offset as well. We then ran data collection, and we can see this offset percentage in the collection workbench when we query the assembly item and look at "Routing Operations". So far, so good.

We cannot see the same offset when we go to the "Item Details" tab of the "Components" view though, and it seems this is where it needs to arrive.
