Error while running report

Hello

We are getting following errors while submitting standard oracle request. In log file we found these errors.

ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of APPS.BIN$s1knUiosTKvgRGbg
Fbff8A==$1
ORA-38301: can not perform DDL/DML over objects in Recycle Bin

Please suggest.
