Service Requests under different Support Identifiers
The company that I work for has several different Support Identifiers. I have access to all of these Support Identifiers. I'd like to view all of the Support Requests under these different Support Identifiers. I have turned PowerView On to include all Support Identifiers and I still can't see all of the Support Requests. There used to be a feature where you could toggle between the different Support Identifiers and I can't find it anymore. Please advise on how i can see Support Requests under different Support Identifiers.
