Context Sensitive DFF on Vendor Type

We have a context sensitive DFF on Purchasing, Vendors.   We are upgrading from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3.  Our setup works correctly in 11.5.10 forms, but does not work in the new HTML Supplier form in 12.1.3.  I've tried creating a flex map (per notes 1342132.1 and 1354248.1) but it doesn't work (meaning that when a user changes the Vendor Type, the flexfield does not change and the context sensitive segments don't appear.)  Has anyone gotten this to work in the new OA framework Supplier form?
