Missing Cost Rate when Distribute Labor Costs process is run

Hi,

I have received the Missing Cost Rate rejection reason when tried to cost a timecard transaction using the PRC: Distribute Labor Costs process.

I did the following:

- Define an employee assigned to Organisation A

- Define a Rate Schedule for Organisation A, the employee

- Enter a transaction Type Timecard using the Pre-approve batches window for the Organisation A

- Submit, Release and Run the PRC: Distribute Labor Costs process

Is required to cost this transaction to setup "Labor Costing Rule" and "Organisation Costing Rules" or the setup I performed should be enough to cost the transaction?
