iprocurement adding items under a browsing category

Hiya I have an item on the vision databaseunder a BP called plastic ties, it is of the catefory "supplies.office". "Bag ties and Closures"  iproc shopping categor is mapped to "Supplies.Office" the purchasing category  - there are many lines set to supplies.offnce in the mapping, how does the "Bag ties and Closures" heading only have 1 line end up appearing when there are many in that category of iproc on the BPA?
