error migrating solaris 10 native non-global zone to a solaris10 branded zone under solaris 11

I've tried to migrate an Solaris10 U9 native non-global (full) zone into a solaris10 branded zone on a Solaris 11 GA system. Did it as described in the Solaris Zones Admin Guide page 395 ff.

While attaching on the Solaris 11 box I've got this error message:
