US PAY: On-Line W2 with Box 9 not grey out

I notice that when I ran the Employee W-2 PDF, Box 9 is grey out completely, but when I view the W2 on-line the Box 9 still show the "Advance EIC payment".  Do you know how I can grey out Box 9 when viewing the on-line W2 through self-service?
