SUI and W2 Box 14

I have reviewed document 631122.1 concerning SUI printing in Box 14 on W2s forms.  It indicates there are miscellaneous taxes for different states (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New Mexico and Oregon) that are employee paid and populate the miscellaneous Box 14 on the W2.  We have employees in both PA and OR but only the employees in PA have their SUI information printing in Box 14.  Is there something that needs set up to get the OR SUI information to print on the OR employees W2s?  The only references I find in the year end guide to Box 14 refer to DBA setup requirements but not SUI tax.
