Proxy Errors
Cannot establish proxy connection: 407 Proxy Authorization Required
The proxy test is successful but it keeps preventing me from logging into My Oracle Support.
My admins mention that the proxy uses NTLM authentication. I noticed that NTLM is not supported by EM. However, it seems to connect to MOS and it's able to list available software updates via the Self-Update feature. Any attempt to download updates fail with the error below:
Checking for updates at EM Store Error:ARU connection failed:0:Cannot establish proxy connection: 407 Proxy Authentication Required ( The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy filter is denied. )
