Solaris 10 RBAC Role with scp authorization

We are currently introducing RBAC roles on our Solaris servers with the main config change around the Oracle user that our DBA's use to access the system.

We have introduced Oracle as a role so each DBA is assigned there own user account and then su to the Oracle role. In our current configuration the oracle user is able to execute various scripts that involves scp'ing data.

As the oracle user will be deleted and replace with the oracle role can someone please advise if or how to allow the oracle role authorization to execute scp.
