Sending notifications through PX

Hi,

I am trying to send a notification by PX .

agileSession.sendNotification(vchange,template,notifyList,urgent,"Add ECO approver");

I am facing an issue here. For template , i tried giving an ECO Approver notification template name(XXX) from (System Settings->Notifications) , it errors saying

"XXX  is a pre existing template and only user created templates can be used for sending notifications" .

User created templates -> where can i search and get them and associate it here?

Any document reference willl also be helpful.
