PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: CAN WE STOP NOTIFICATIONS BEING SENT WHEN ROLLING BACK A PMP

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi,

When publishing a PMP (R12.1.3), we do not send notifications out (Notify Plan Population checkbox is not ticked) but when we rollback, then notifications get sent out. Why would it not follow the same rule for rolling back as for intial publishing of the plan? Is there a way we can stop this from happening?

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
