Error during RAC instalaltion [INS-20802] Grid Infrastructure Configuration failed.

Hello Community,

I am installing Oracle RAC 11.2.0.2 on 2 Nodes for testing purposes.

System information:

2x Windows 2008R2  64bit Server on VMware ESXi

I configured both servers according to Install Guide and ran successfully the runcluvfy command on both nodes. (I ran this command: runcluvfy.bat stage -pre crsinst -n NODE1,NODE2)

But during Installation i got following error:

[INS-20802] Grid Infrastructure-Konfiguration nicht erfolgreich.

Ursache - Die Ausführungsmethode des Plug-ins war nicht erfolgreich  Aktion - Prüfen Sie die Logs oder wenden Sie sich an den Oracle Support.  Speicherort der Log-Datei
C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory\logs\installActions2012-01-17_09-17-03AM.log
