Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Dear All,

I'm trying to install Oracle BI Publisher desktop and get the following message "please make sure windows installer 2.0 or greater is installed"

I use windows XP and my Windows Installer Version is "3.01.4001.5512".

How can I solve this installation error?
