Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Invoice created against Canceled Sales Order

Guys,

Issue: Is it possible that the sales order gets cancelled after invoice is being created.

We are working on Apps 11.5.9 version. We had an incident that the sales order gets cancelled once after invoice has been created.

This issue has happend almost 10 months back. Can anybody help me how to troubleshoot this issue to find the root cause.
