Error in discovering Oracle Apps server in OEM

Hi,
We are trying to discover Oracle Apps server in OEM 10.2.0.5, Oracle Apps server got installed and patched to AMP 3.0.

While discovering the Apps server got the following error

oracle.apps.fnd.oam.em.sdk.targetData.discovery.AppsDiscoveryException: Processing Ctx File /db/abcdefg/appl/abcdefg/inst/apps/abcdefg_server01/appl/admin/abcdefg_server01.xml
Caused By: oracle.apps.fnd.oam.em.sdk.targetData.discovery.FailedRepositoryUploadException: Waited for five minutes, but unable to find Targetabcdefg_server01.server01.us.domain.com(oracle_ias)  in Reposiotry Possible reason - agent: http://server01.us.domain.com:3872/emd/main/ has not uploaded this target in repository
