Update Lead when there are a Lead and a Contact with the same email
We have the following scenario: the lead updates its missing information through a webform.
There is an existing Contact and a Lead with the same email address and when the information is published into CRM, it updates the Contact as "registered" under completed activity, but it doesn't update the blank fields (since the webform fields are CRM On Demand Lead attributes only) and it does not update the Lead at all.
How can we get the Lead information updated in CRM, even if there is also a Contact record with the same email address?
