Service Contracts Subscription Fulfillment Program

Hello,

Iam trying to create a sales order for a subscription contract by running Service Contracts Subscription Fulfillment Program..The program completes normal but the sales order is not created

and in the log file I see the message below...Can you please let me know what is the error and how to fix it


Message      : Contracts will not get called as contract template id and source document type id are not provided.
 
Message      : Encountered error condition in Package OKS_OC_INT_KTO_PVT Procedure CREATE_O_FROM_K
