oe_headers_iface_all data missing

Hi All,

We have a situation where we created a internal requisition with 30 items on it and the create internal orders request picked the requisition, but data was not populated into the oe_headers_iface_all table.. I am able to see data in oe_lines_iface_all and oe_actions_iface_all tables.

Is there any reason, data will not be loaded into oe_headers_iface_all table?
