FC card issue in M4000!

Hi,

Actually iam facing a FC card issue in M4000.There are two dual port fc cards installed in the system .One card is working fine but other card is malfunctioning.Its all lights are "off" if i see it physically and no

output is displayed if  i run the command "luxadm -e port" regarding this card.Secondly laser light is also not coming from the card.While the other cards all the lights are on and also laser coming from it and giving output in "luxadm -e port" command.

One more thing that this card is showing its presence in "prtdiag -v" and its status is okay.Amber light is off on the server
