Oracle using all local TCP IP Port

we are using oracle RAC 10.2.0.5 on Windows 2008 64 Bit Datacenter edition. After 1-2 weeks, we started getting netlogon error, unable to browse the domain.
We opened a call with Microsoft and discover that oracle was using all the tcp ip port on the server. As soon as we stop oracle on the server, we were able to browse the domain.

Does anyones is having an idea ?
