StoargeTek 2540 Arrays date adn time keep resetting overnight to the year 2000

I installed 4 storagetek 2540 Arrays and every night the date/time on these arrays keep getting reset to a date from year 2000. This is causing confusion and then the

batteries are generting an expired message.  When I chagne the time back the alerts clear up but the time wont Stick....

I am at firware 7.35.67.10 which is the baseline.
