R12 Customer is inactive, cannot find where to activate
We upgraded to R12 12.1.3 in late December.
We have found a customer that shows as "INACTIVE" on the original customer web page query page (Selection criteria page). When we select the customer to view, the customer level status is no longer displayed. We need to place an order, so need to change it to ACTIVE. There are Active accounts and sites, bill to and ship to. Just cannot find the other high level STATUS field to change.
Is there any setting or profile option we need to update to allow Customer re-activiation, or another solution ?
