workflows and data update

Hi,

I have created workflow based on Opportunity stage values in Opportunity Object.

I have Opportunity stage values as follows:

01 System Arch Definition

02 Block Diagram/Requirements

03 Device Selection

04 Pending for Design Start

05 Design Start

06 Design Implementation

07 Pending for Design Win

08 Design Win

 

I get the Optys from external system and Opportunity stages are not same on both the systems. We map the external stages with Internal Opportunity stage stages and get the internal Opportunity stage and write into other field called ‘test field’. We will update opportunity stage in OOD only when new stage is greater than the old one.
