Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. What cause "Credit Check Failure"?

Good Afternoon,
Do you what cause an order to go on "Credit Check Failure"? The customer billto or site is not on credit hold but yet the order goes on "Credit Check Failure".
The billto site is not set up with an order limit or credit limit.
